A major Australian airline has engaged JukesTodd to provide capital project independent review services for the planned ~$3 billion Melbourne International Airport expansion.
This review includes the scope and cost appropriateness of proposed upgrades of the road network, check-in and baggage handling systems, terminal and gate infrastructure upgrades and plane runway and taxi infrastructure.
This work will be performed by numerous JT personnel including Michael Wright who has recently joined JT as an Advisor – Aviation following a 35yr career in airport operations.

Adrian Relf has joined JukesTodd in the position of Principal – Commercial and Advisory based in the Brisbane office. Adrian will be providing advice and assistance to a range of clients on a variety of commercial matters including, project development strategies, dispute resolution, contract preparation and review and negotiation of commercial agreements.
Adrian has over 20 years’ experience as a private practice lawyer, in house lawyer and senior executive in operational and commercial roles across the legal, mining services and tourism sectors. He has acted for both public and private sector clients in the infrastructure, industrial, mining and mining services sectors and has been in-house counsel to a leading global mining equipment manufacturer and most recently an ASX listed minerals processing engineering contractor. This experience includes the negotiation of major equipment supply, operations, EPC and EPCM contracts for mining projects in Australia, Africa, Asia, North America and South America across commodities including coal, iron ore, manganese, gold, copper, zinc and mineral sands. He has also been involved in development and implementation of strategies for tender, contract and dispute resolution processes. Adrian has led corporate development and governance functions including advising private and listed company Boards, developing corporate strategy and leading due diligence and deal teams on international M&A and investment transactions.
