About This Project

Working in close collaboration with Anagold Madencilik during the project planning phases of the Çöpler Sulfide Expansion Project in located in Turkey, JukesTodd provided project execution advisory services, including project delivery contract strategy, commercial approach, and the establishment of procurement and contract systems.
Through this approach, the team developed and implemented an alternative EPC contracting strategy aimed at maximising value engineering opportunities, enhancing stakeholder relationships, establishing price certainty and maintaining schedule.

JukesTodd assisted Anagold Madencilik in the preparation of a FIDIC based EPC competitive tender package, including facilitation of negotiations and award.

The team also achieved:

  • Development of a Build, Own, Operate and Transfer tender for a $60m gas plant
  • Preparation of structured contracting and procurement system – from policies to detailed tools
  • Establishment of a contract specific health check process – an early warning system for executive management
  • Implementation of a comprehensive Risk & Compliance Management program
