About This Project

JukesTodd were engaged to review the capital and operating costs associated with the coal handling and preparation plant (CHPP), train loadout (TLO) and rail options for the potential expansion of the Jellinbah mines from 5Mtpa to 15Mtpa.

Capital and operating costs were developed to an order of magnitude +/-25% level of accuracy to provide the Jellinbah board sufficient detail to further develop the most effective option. JukesTodd collated a range of previous studies that had been previously completed as well as providing its own recent benchmarking information from tendered and delivered project to provide a cost effective analysis with a suitable level of accuracy to progress the mine expansion development process.
